What a tent really costs
Couples struggle with tent plus per-bed pricing, so quote a total. These are the four builds, worked out for 1 to 4 people.

Rule of thumb: each extra head adds £34 on airbeds (£8 + £26 bedding) or £81 on real beds (£55 + £26). For two people, airbeds are a double at £15.

The small print, made simple
Setup, minimums & payments
🚐Setup & Collection
Never call it "delivery". On a guest-booking wedding it's the only thing the couple pays us, so it buys the logistics, the booking page, guest comms and our team on site. Calculator: road miles from Sheriff Hutton (YO60 6RR).

Ruby often uplifts for a full village (calculator £135, quoted £250 to £300). Proposed bands of £350 / £550 / £850 are not agreed.
⛺Minimum tents
Current rule: 5 tents for venues under 90 minutes from York by van, 10 beyond. Under the minimum, each empty tent is £100, or the couple books the spares themselves (getting ready, kids, bags and coats).
Max is leaning towards 10 everywhere. Not decided yet.
No maximum. We hold tents for their top-end guess and have never had to close an event's bookings.
🌙Nights
Prices cover the whole weekend (48 hours). Same price for one night, because our costs are travel and setup.
💳Payments
Guests book their own: the couple pays Setup & Collection to hold the date and lock prices. Non-refundable. Stretch tents take 25% on top.
One customer pays for every tent (corporate, party, organiser, or a couple covering everyone):

£169 sits on the £160 median. Our £262 airbed couple is just under the £270 median (weddings alone: £282).
Real beds: upper half, fairly
£357 vs a £324 median and £385 upper quartile. Near Bellorama £350, Devon Belles £329. Luxury build £387 is the top of the band.
Bridal: the one that's dear
